The same facts behind every answer, derived from the drawing's own geometry.

  • Rooms and types

    Every room found and typed — bedroom, kitchen, bath, balcony, study and the rest — with its label from the drawing.

  • Areas, with a confidence flag

    Room and total areas when the drawing's scale is read with confidence. When it isn't, the plan is flagged and sizes are withheld.

  • The room graph

    Which rooms connect through a door, which are open to each other, what's en-suite and what opens onto the balcony.

  • Clear space per room

    The largest empty rectangle in every room, so furniture-fit questions get a yes or no and the dimensions.

  • Daylight per room

    Window count and outside wall length for every room, ranked.

  • Corridor share

    How much of the floor area is circulation, as a share of the whole.

The Disha Score

Vastu placement as a single 0–100% figure from one question — which way the main door faces — with a verdict, reason and traditional remedy for each of ten weighted rules. A number a portal can filter on: only show me homes above 80%.

Vastu is a traditional guideline followed by many buyers. This score reports placement against those conventions; it is not a judgement of the home.

  • Clean, CAD-style plans read best today.
  • Straight-walled plans read well; curved and angled walls are not read reliably yet.
  • One plan at a time — there is no portfolio-wide search.
  • When the scale can't be read, sizes are withheld rather than guessed.
