What the score is made of
Every room, scored against the placements Vastu actually cares about.
Ten weighted rules. Each returns its own verdict with the reason and, where the placement is unfavourable, the conventional remedy. An ideal placement scores in full, an acceptable one three-quarters, a placement to avoid scores nothing — and a neutral sector is not punished like a violation.

On a portal it reads naturally: only show me homes above 80%.
What it deliberately leaves out
- Eight directions, not sixteen — the division mainstream guides and portal filters use.
- Where each room sits, not where the hob sits inside the kitchen.
- No pooja-room rule yet: the plan reader has no pooja room type.
- Site-level rules — road position, plot slope, T-junctions — are out of scope.

Why it matters
A filter buyers want and nobody offers.
UAE developers don't categorise stock by Vastu placement at all, so today a buyer who cares cannot filter for it. The Disha Score makes that filter possible.
